and an integrated Cleaning Fee for both spaces.

New Pricing & Packages, Effective August 22, 2024:
 Four-Hour Package: $500 

Eight-Hour Package: $800

If additional time is needed, 1 (one) hour may be added to either Package for $49.

Both Packages require a refundable $1000 security deposit. Your card will not be charged or check deposited unless, upon assessing the space after the event, any damage is found. If damage exceeds the $1000 deposit, fees will be assessed and the client billed accordingly.

Please note that all Packages are designed from walk in to walk out. All Packages encompass time for the event as well as setup and takedown. For example, a Four-Hour Package would include an hour for setup, a two-hour event, and an hour for cleanup. These Package Hours are not merely rental hours, but include preparation and cleanup time as well.

 

Our Packages are in place to accommodate other potential events and to allot adequate time for our cleaning staff to prepare the space. It is essential that we preserve the integrity of our space and of each client experience. In order to do so, we must protect the time between events to clean up and prepare the space. We want the space to be as beautifully set up and pristine as possible for your event, and for the event following yours. ​​
